Natalie Has been running the administrative side of the business for 18 years over which time she has built up a huge amount of knowledge and experience. We feel that clients need a person on the end of the phone who can discuss their plans in detail and give help and advice, not just answer the phone and take messages. Supremely well organised; Natalie is usually one step ahead of both clients and installation staff.
Natalie works on orders from the stage of initial quotation right up to delivery so usually knows each job inside out, she is someone that will give you the confidence to build your plans knowing that everything is under control.
