Relatively young, Josh has been with us since he was 14. Working summers in school holidays and then university breaks, he finally joined the team full time in 2014. The rise to his current position has been fast which has been matched by his enthusiasm and hard work. Josh has taken on the responsibility of managing large teams in order to turn out perfect wedding marquees amazingly well for someone his age. At South West Marquees we firmly believe people should be promoted on merit not age, and Josh has benefited from this. We often receive feedback from clients saying what a joy it was working with Josh. He always goes the extra mile and will often do the awkward out of hours jobs, always in a cheerful manner.
In the low season when not meeting clients on site visits, Josh puts his web design degree to good use, working on improving our training systems and promoting our social media pages.
