Natalie Has been running the administrative side of the business for 20 years over which time she has built up a huge amount of knowledge and experience. We feel that clients need a person on the end of the phone who can discuss their plans in detail and give help and advice, not just answer the phone and take messages. Supremely well organised; Natalie is usually one step ahead of both clients and installation staff.
Due to family commitments, Natalie is now only with us one day per week, using her invaluable skills and knowledge to keep us all on track.
