Stretch Tent | South West Marquees

The Bedouin Style Stretch tent is our new way to offer a slightly less formal cover. While we are always optimistic about the weather, we do strongly believe in planning for the worst-case scenario.

We have been finding a growing demand for a way to cover a wedding ceremony in a slightly different structure to the main marquee. Our chino/fawn coloured Bedouin Stretch tent offers the perfect Solution for this. Sides up or down; you can be secure in the knowledge that any rain will be shed without losing the outdoor feeling. With the sides up, it can seat up to 150 guests for a ceremony. Our wooden benches provide an attractive and cost-effective way to seat guests.

Ideal for festival vibe weddings or as a Party Marquee where the classic sit down formal dining is not required, our stretch tent provides an individualistic cover that will set the tone and provide a beautiful addition to any site.

Stretch Marquee

With its beautiful flowing lines, it has a very light touch in both colour and structure, seeming to float above the ground it can be erected in a number of forms to allow for individual requirements. Originating in South Africa, stretch marquees are designed to cope with all extremes of weather; it can be erected summer or winter and can be heated. The maximum size is 10m x 15m with the sides up which can accommodate up to 200 people standing. The stretch marquee is usually erected on grass but can be sited on hard standing in some circumstances. It makes a great addition to our Tipis sharing the same colour cloth, and providing a great extension to the covered area
